Burlap Gift jar with heart shaped chalkboard

Home made. Gift jar with mini heart chalkboard for a personal message. I think this a really cute and personal way to deliver an inexpensive gift if you ask me. The jar is wrapped in twine if you look close and then lace and then again with a little twine bow.
